Requirements

  • A high school diploma or equivalent is required.
  • You’ve successfully managed properties before and have a proven track record of keeping operations running smoothly and efficiently.
  • You’re a people person with excellent communication skills, capable of building strong relationships with residents and staff alike.
  • You’re comfortable managing budgets, tracking performance metrics, and spotting opportunities for growth.
  • You’re tech-savvy and confident using property management software (OneSite) and Microsoft Office tools.
  • You’re the kind of person who sees challenges as opportunities and brings creative solutions to the table.

Nice To Haves

  • Certified Apartment Manager (CAM) preferred.

Responsibilities

  • Oversee all aspects of property operations, including leasing, maintenance, and resident satisfaction.
  • Hire, train, and mentor onsite property team members to ensure excellence in every aspect of property operations.
  • Develop and implement strategies to meet occupancy goals and drive revenue growth.
  • Build strong relationships with residents by addressing concerns and fostering a positive community environment.
  • Manage budgets, track financial performance, and identify opportunities to optimize property profitability.
  • Ensure compliance with all policies, regulations, and safety standards.
  • Collaborate with corporate leadership on strategic planning and reporting.
  • Stay informed about market trends and competitor offerings to position your community as the preferred choice.
  • Plan and execute events that bring residents together and build a sense of community.
