This role is responsible for achieving company and client budget objectives, supervising all Marketing, Leasing, Administrative and Maintenance functions, and managing Resident/Landlord Relations. The Property Manager is also responsible for accounting and collections, supervising day-to-day office and maintenance operations including project management, and fulfilling property-specific and company reporting requirements under the supervision of the Area Director. The role requires adherence to all organizational policies, practices, and procedures, and participation in proactive team efforts to achieve property and company goals. Special projects and other duties may be assigned.

Requirements

  • Minimum of 2 years of experience in multi-family Property Management
  • Strong supervisory skills
  • Lease-up experience required
  • Excellent verbal and written communication skills
  • Social Media savvy with creative marketing abilities
  • Motivational leader
  • Strong financial and analytical skills
  • Proficient in Microsoft Office Suite
  • Exceptional interpersonal skills and ability to maintain strong working relations with internal colleagues, owners and vendors
  • Must have real estate license or obtain within 120 days of employment if required by state law.
