About The Position

The Property Manager (PM) is responsible for being a great team member of this high energy community with 190 apartment homes in Wellington, MA. We expect the Property Manager to create the greatest possible satisfaction and well-being of all individuals associated with the community while being consistent with the goals & objectives of the company. The Property Manager will work in conjunction with the on-site team to oversee the daily activities of the community, including leasing, collections, resident relations, maintenance, general office administration and policy & procedure compliance.

Requirements

• A bachelor’s degree
• 5+ years of experience in the residential property management industry or 1+ year of experience as a residential property manager
• A strong leadership track record
• An impeccable client and customer service track record
• Revenue, budget and P&L management experience
• Strong financial skills with a basic knowledge of generally accepted accounting principles
• Outstanding communication skills, both written and verbal
• A sharp professional appearance

Nice To Haves

• Experience managing an established or older asset through an approved capital improvement or renovation program strongly preferred

Responsibilities

• Be the head coach of the community
• Lead by example, living the standards and behaviors consistent with the core values and culture of Dolben
• Execute sales, marketing and operational activities that achieve budgeted occupancy and resident retention goals
• Manage the financial performance of the property
• Create and deliver timely and accurate financial and operational reports to owners and senior leadership
• Cultivate and maintain strong relationships and loyalty with residents, vendors and partners
• Partner with our Marketing team to implement marketing strategies
• Provide consistent resident satisfaction that yields outstanding customer satisfaction ratings and community reviews
• Inspire the professional growth and development of all team members
