This role involves managing the property management business, implementing policies, providing leadership to engineering staff, tracking budget variances, overseeing billing and cash flow, preparing reports and budgets, supporting fee collection, maintaining communication with owners, addressing tenant relations, conducting property inspections, overseeing construction projects, and ensuring compliance with all relevant codes and regulations.
