Requirements

  • 5+ years’ experience working as a leader in an elevated customer service/ property management/ hospitality focused environment.
  • Demonstrate a high degree of integrity, diplomacy, discretion and confidentiality.
  • A lust for thinking outside of the box in providing an exceptional resident experience.
  • Thrive in a fast-paced environment.
  • Ability to be flexible and adaptable.
  • Passion for coaching, mentoring and developing others in achieving exceptional customer service standards.
  • Strong problem-solving skills.
  • Ability to work flexible hours, including on-call as required to attend to emergencies.
