  • Maintain accurate waiting lists and communicate application and qualification updates to prospective residents.
  • Ensure compliance with applicable affordable housing regulations, income eligibility requirements, and Area Median Income (AMI) guidelines.
  • Coordinate inspections, voucher documentation, recertifications, and communication with housing authorities.
  • Conduct income verifications and maintain accurate compliance records.
  • Prepare units and documentation for required inspections and reviews.
  • Serve as a responsive, professional point of contact for residents.
  • Address resident concerns, maintenance updates, and lease-related questions.
  • Manage lease renewals, delinquency follow-up, payment plans, and notices.
  • Consistently enforce lease terms while maintaining professionalism, fairness, and respect.
  • Maintain organized property records, leases, vendor documentation, and resident communications.
  • Review vendor invoices, monitor maintenance expenses, and support operational budgeting.
  • Track occupancy, vacancies, unit turnover timelines, and outstanding maintenance requests.
  • Provide consistent reporting on property performance, operational challenges, and priorities.
