Community Housing Network (CHN) is a nonprofit organization established in 1987, dedicated to creating opportunities for success within the central Ohio community. As a Property Manager, you will provide direct support to CHN's Property Management operations. This full-time role involves executing various property management processes, including tenant move-ins, property inspections, income certifications, lease enforcement, and move-outs, as well as coordinating property maintenance. The position also entails working with supportive services to assist tenants, managing data for internal and external reporting, and ensuring compliance with funder requirements such as HUD, LIHTC, HOME, HAP, ADAMH, and the Community Shelter Board.
