About The Position

Builds relationships with prospective residents and their families by cultivating leads and providing consistent follow-up throughout the decision-making process Develops and maintains effective marketing materials, partnering with the Executive Director and Marketing Director to assess market positioning and develop targeted strategies Coordinates implementation of paid advertising strategies, including print, radio, and other media, to increase visibility and reach Maintains accurate records of all leads, follow-up activities, and sales efforts Collaborates with the Regional Director of Operations to plan and organize special events and marketing initiatives to engage both prospective and current residents Provides regular sales and marketing updates to the Regional Director of Operations to support data-driven decision-making Welcomes prospective residents and their families by conducting informative Community tours with emphasis on core values of love, compassion, and dignity Assists residents and families with the rental application process, ensuring all documentation is complete and accurate Guides residents and families through the lease signing process for the Villas and Independent Living, ensuring clarity, compliance, and confidentiality Participates in the Manager on Duty (MOD) rotation on weekends and holidays to support campus operations Coordinates move-in dates with the leadership team and ensures a welcoming transition for all residents Prepares apartments for move-in, distributes keys, and provides a thorough orientation to the Community Oversees the collection of rent payments and deposits, maintaining accuracy and timeliness in all financial transactions Manages the collection of past-due accounts and works with residents and families to resolve outstanding balances Ensures timely and accurate billing for new move-ins, ongoing monthly fees, and discharges Coordinates with relevant agencies to ensure all required annual inspections are completed Submits monthly financial and accounts receivable reports to the Regional Director of Operations

Requirements

  • Valid Driver's License with driving record in good standing per insurance vendor required
  • Previous sales, marketing, or community outreach experience required
  • Exceptional communication and interpersonal skills
  • Strong closing skills
  • Ability to analyze market trends and make data-driven decisions

Nice To Haves

  • Associate’s degree preferred
  • Assisted Living experience strongly preferred
