All View's Property Manager is a pivotal member of our property management team, responsible for delivering an exceptional experience to a portfolio of over 250 residential and multi-family properties in Orange County. Requirements

  • Highly organized, able to juggle multiple priorities without dropping the ball
  • Takes full ownership of their portfolio and holds themselves accountable
  • Natural communicator who can de-escalate tense situations and build lasting trust with owners and tenants
  • Working knowledge of common property maintenance issues (plumbing, electrical, appliances) and knows when to call in the right vendor
  • Resilient, solutions-focused, and energized by the variety and pace of property management
  • Operates with high integrity and a service-first mindset in every interaction

Nice To Haves

  • Bachelor's degree
  • 1+ year of experience as a leasing consultant or property manager
  • Familiarity with property management platforms (AppFolio, Buildium, or similar)
  • Knowledge of the Southern California rental market
  • Equivalent relevant real estate experience

Responsibilities

  • Manage a portfolio of 250+ residential and multifamily properties in Orange County
  • Oversee contracting, supervision, and follow-through on repairs and maintenance work
  • Conduct thorough property inspections in accordance with All View's rigorous standards
  • Serve as the primary liaison between tenants and maintenance coordinators to resolve escalated and emergency issues with urgency and professionalism
  • Manage lease renewals 45 days before expiration and drive timely unit turns
  • Maintain accurate records of income, expenses, signed leases, complaints, and maintenance activity in the property management system
  • Obtain vendor bids, coordinate repair timelines, and communicate proactively with tenants
  • Monitor and maintain Accounts Receivable for the region under 1%
