About The Position

This is a full-time, non-exempt position reporting to the District Manager. The role involves effectively marketing and selling self-storage solutions, working independently both indoors and outdoors on the property. Responsibilities include general property care, cleaning, maintenance, daily property walks to ensure spaces are ready for rent, accurate payment processing, cash handling, and providing an exceptional customer experience. A valid driver's license and reliable transportation are required. The position is located in Lakewood, CO, with a work schedule of 9:00 AM - 6:00 PM, subject to change, and the ability to work weekends. Travel is expected to be 0-10% of the time.

Requirements

Must have a Real ID or Passport to travel to San Antonio training center
Ability to transport lift/move items weighing up to 50 pounds
Should be able to walk in and around the property, spending up to 50% of their time in outdoor environments, including climbing stairs and opening large doors
Cleaning and daily maintenance tasks, including sweeping and mopping interior areas and maintaining the property curb appeal
Valid driver's license and a reliable form of transportation are required

Nice To Haves

Previous retail, restaurant, fast food, hospitality, customer service/sales or self-storage experience is a plus
