About The Position

The Property Manager – Retail & Restaurant is responsible for overseeing daily operations for assigned retail and restaurant tenants while serving as the primary point of contact for tenant communications, operational coordination, lease administration, onboarding activities, and tenant improvement execution. This highly visible role requires strong relationship management skills and a customer-focused mindset to support tenant satisfaction, operational excellence, and successful tenant integration into the Country Club Plaza environment. The Property Manager works closely with tenants, vendors, facilities teams, construction partners, and operational leadership to ensure smooth day-to-day operations and successful execution of landlord obligations. The ideal candidate is proactive, highly organized, and experienced in commercial retail or restaurant property management with the ability to manage multiple priorities, maintain strong tenant relationships, and support a high-profile mixed-use destination.

Requirements

  • Bachelor’s degree in Business, Real Estate, Hospitality, or related field required
  • Minimum 5 years of commercial property management experience required
  • Strong communication and tenant relationship skills
  • Experience coordinating tenant improvements and vendor services
  • Strong organizational and problem-solving abilities

Nice To Haves

  • Retail and restaurant property management experience preferred
  • Experience with budgeting and CAM reconciliations preferred
  • Yardi, MRI, or similar property management software experience preferred
  • CPM or RPA designation preferred

Responsibilities

  • Oversee daily operations for assigned tenants
  • Manage tenant relationships and communications
  • Coordinate onboarding and lease commencement activities
  • Coordinate openings, closings, and tenant transitions
  • Enforce lease obligations and operational standards
  • Conduct routine property inspections
  • Coordinate maintenance requests and vendor services
  • Serve as primary tenant improvement contact
  • Coordinate schedules, milestones, and construction communication
  • Ensure operational readiness for tenant openings
  • Support tenant events, promotions, and sales initiatives
  • Manage delinquency follow-up and documentation
  • Coordinate with Project Director on construction execution
