Property Managers are responsible for maintaining our communities to a market-ready standard, always ensuring a high level of service. Property Managers are also responsible for motivating high-performing teams to maximize the performance of the property. This role ensures the smooth running of our community in a fast-paced environment, overseeing all operations including maintenance, capital improvements, lease administration, budgeting, forecasting, reporting, collections, evictions, vacancy anticipation, marketing, lease renewals, service contracts, expense control, and audits. It also involves providing superior customer service and communication to residents and prospects to enhance satisfaction and increase renewals, revenue, reputation, and profitability. The role requires completing lease/renewal paperwork to company standards, tracking and evaluating advertising and client traffic, and developing, mentoring, leading, and managing a high-performing team. The Property Manager drives revenues through thorough analysis of competition and development of creative marketing programs, leading by example to instill and model Cushman & Wakefield’s mission. They supervise day-to-day operations of the on-site team, maintain effective staff through interviewing and coaching, manage residents' files, and maintain a positive living environment through prompt conflict resolution. The role also involves managing the community budget and finances and working with leasing staff to meet goals.
