Property Managers are responsible for maintaining our communities to a market-ready standard, always ensuring a high level of service. Property Managers are also responsible for motivating high-performing teams to maximize the performance of the property. This role ensures the smooth running of our community in a fast-paced environment, overseeing all operations including maintenance, capital improvements, lease administration, budgeting, forecasting, reporting, collections, evictions, vacancy anticipation, marketing, lease renewals, service contracts, expense control, and audits. The Property Manager provides superior customer service and communication to residents and prospects to enhance satisfaction and increase renewals, revenue, reputation, and profitability. They also develop, mentor, lead, and manage a high-performing team, including leasing, customer service, maintenance, and management personnel, to maximize engagement and minimize turnover. Driving revenues through thorough understanding and analysis of competition and development of creative marketing programs is key. The Property Manager leads by example, instilling, maintaining, and modeling Cushman & Wakefield’s mission to be the best national management company. They supervise day-to-day operations of the entire on-site team, ensuring policies and procedures are followed, and maintain an effective on-site staff through interviewing, hiring, and coaching. Residents' files are maintained in accordance with company standards, and a positive living environment is fostered through prompt conflict resolution and consistent follow-up. The Property Manager manages and maintains all aspects of the overall community budget and finances and works with leasing staff to ensure leasing/marketing goals are met.
