Property Managers are responsible for maintaining our communities to a market-ready standard, always ensuring a high level of service. Property Managers are also responsible for motivating high-performing teams to maximize the performance of the property. This role ensures the smooth running of our community in a fast-paced environment, overseeing all operations including maintenance, capital improvements, lease administration, budgeting, forecasting, reporting, collections, evictions, vacancy anticipation, marketing, lease renewals, service contracts, expense control, and audits. It also involves providing superior customer service and communication to residents and prospects to enhance customer satisfaction and increase renewals, revenue, reputation, and profitability, while completing lease/renewal paperwork to company standards. The role involves tracking and evaluating advertising and client traffic, developing, mentoring, leading, and managing a high-performing team to maximize engagement and minimize turnover, and driving revenues through thorough analysis of competition and development of creative marketing programs. The Property Manager leads by example, instilling and modeling Cushman & Wakefield’s mission. They supervise day-to-day operations of the on-site team, ensuring policies and procedures are followed, and maintain effective on-site staff through interviewing, hiring, and coaching. Residents' files are maintained in accordance with company standards, and a positive living environment is maintained through prompt conflict resolution and consistent follow-up. The Property Manager also manages and maintains all aspects of the community budget and finances, and works with leasing staff to ensure leasing/marketing goals are met.
