About The Position

Elliott Heights, located in Pittsburgh, PA, is a senior apartment community seeking a Property Manager who will share in the vision to advance better living and care for seniors. National Church Residences is the nation’s largest provider of affordable senior housing and health care services. This is a 30-hour per week position with full-time benefits.

Requirements

Must have high school diploma or equivalent.
Minimum two years’ property management experience required.
Strong computer skills.
Must have working knowledge of computer or tablet software.
Excellent written and oral communication skills
Demonstrated organizational skills with the ability to prioritize work assignments and attention to detail.
Able to work independently or as part of a team.
Effectively read and interpret documents and instructions.
Ability to effectively interact with community residents.

Nice To Haves

Knowledge of LIHTC, HUD/Section 8 and affordable housing regulations preferred.

Responsibilities

Responsible for implementing quality control of all regulations and policies/procedures related to the leasing process.
Assists with the budgeting process.
Manages daily operations of the residential and/or commercial units assigned.
Oversees building maintenance.
Ability to travel to alternative communities, if requested.
