About The Position

We’re hiring a high-performing Property Management Sales Executive to convert qualified leads into signed management agreements. This is a pure closing role. You will be working with leads provided by the company and will be responsible for reaching out, running sales conversations, presenting solutions, and closing deals. This role is not focused on appointment setting or prospecting — it is built for experienced closers who understand property management or real estate sales and know how to drive deals to completion.

Requirements

  • 2 + years of closing experience in property management or real estate sales (non-negotiable).
  • Proven track record of closing deals (not just setting appointments).
  • Strong understanding of property management services, pricing, and client expectations.
  • Experience selling to property owners, landlords, or real estate investors.
  • High confidence in handling objections and negotiating contracts.
  • Ability to clearly present value and drive decision-making.
  • Strong communication skills with a professional sales presence.
  • Experience using CRM systems to manage deals and pipelines.
  • Self-motivated and results-driven in a remote environment.
