About The Position

Pavago is seeking a Property Management Sales Executive for a remote, full-time position. The role focuses on converting qualified property owners and real estate investors into long-term property management clients. This is a closing role, working exclusively with qualified inbound and company-provided leads. The executive will guide prospects through the sales process, present tailored solutions, handle objections, and close signed management agreements. The ideal candidate is a confident closer with experience in property management or real estate sales, who enjoys building long-term client relationships.

Requirements

  • 2+ years of closing experience in Property Management or Real Estate Sales.
  • Proven history of closing deals—not just generating leads or setting appointments.
  • Experience selling directly to property owners, landlords, and real estate investors.
  • Strong understanding of property management services, pricing models, and client expectations.
  • Excellent objection-handling and negotiation skills.
  • Ability to communicate value clearly and guide prospects toward confident buying decisions.
  • Experience using CRM platforms to manage sales pipelines.
  • Self-motivated with strong ownership and accountability.
  • Comfortable working independently in a remote environment.
  • Organized with strong pipeline management skills.
  • Excellent verbal communication and relationship-building abilities.
  • U.S. Business Hours (EST Required)

  • Contact company-provided qualified leads and initiate sales conversations.

  • Ensure a seamless transition from signed agreement to onboarding.
  • Manage the sales process from initial contact through signed agreement.
  • Quickly qualify opportunities and prioritize high-conversion prospects.
  • Drive deals forward while maintaining momentum throughout the sales cycle.
  • Maintain ownership of deal progression and timely follow-up.
  • Coordinate contract execution after closing.
  • Understand the needs and challenges of property owners, landlords, and real estate investors.
  • Recommend property management solutions based on portfolio size and investment goals.
  • Clearly communicate the value, ROI, and benefits of the company’s services.
  • Build urgency while maintaining a consultative sales approach.
  • Maintain accurate CRM records throughout the sales cycle.
  • Update deal stages, notes, and follow-up activities consistently.
  • Track pipeline health and forecast opportunities accurately.
  • Ensure CRM data remains organized and up to date.
