About The Position

AT RADCO, THE PARALEGAL PLAYS A KEY ROLE IN MITIGATING CORPORATE LEVEL RISK FROM A LEGAL PERSPECTIVE. REPORTING TO THE DIRECTOR OF RISK MANAGEMENT, THIS ROLE IS VITAL IN ENSURING LEGAL COMPLIANCE WITH LOCAL AND STATE REQUIREMENTS WHILE UPHOLDING COMPANY STANDARDS, POLICIES AND PROCEDURES. THE PARALEGAL WILL WORK CLOSELY WITH THE OPERATIONS TEAM AS WELL AS LEADERSHIP WITHIN THE ORGANIZATION.

Requirements

Computer software experience to include MS Word, MS Excel and MS Outlook
Excellent verbal and written communication skills
Ability to focus in a remote or hybrid work environment
Three to five years prior experience in property management or similar industry
Paralegal Certificate Required; associate or bachelor’s degree preferred
Prior claims management

Responsibilities

Prepare Property Management, Asset Management and Construction Management agreements
Review vendor contracts to minimize corporate risk
Apply for and manage local and state registrations
Coordinate with outside counsel as needed for more complex matters and contracts
Assist Director of Management with potential litigations by coordinating with on-site teams to ensure accurate and timely claims reporting and ad hoc projects as needed
