About The Position

Centerspace is hosting an in-person Career Fair and Job Fair for individuals interested in exploring exciting opportunities in Maintenance in Monticello. This event provides a chance to meet the Centerspace team, learn about career growth, interview on the spot, and explore multiple open roles. The company is particularly looking for candidates for Service (Maintenance) Technicians and Service (Maintenance) Specialists at Monticello Crossings & Village. These roles involve preventative maintenance, repairs, inventory management, and emergency procedures, with a rotating on-call schedule. An active driver's license is required for these positions.

Requirements

• High school diploma or equivalent
• Customer service, sales, hospitality, or maintenance experience (role dependent)
• Strong communication and teamwork skills
• A positive attitude and desire to grow
• Active Driver's License Required
