About The Position

The Property Management Coordinator supports the daily operations of residential or commercial properties by assisting with special projects, ensuring property compliance, and maintaining overall property readiness. Pay Rate: The rate of pay listed on job boards are auto-generated numbers. Kiawah Island Golf Resort’s actual rate of pay for this position is $20.00 per hour.

Requirements

  • High school diploma or equivalent (required)
  • Ability to lift and move furniture or equipment as needed
  • Strong attention to detail and problem-solving skills
  • Good communication and teamwork abilities
  • Reliable transportation and ability to work 12pm – 8pm shifts

Nice To Haves

  • Previous experience in property management, maintenance, or a related field (preferred)

Responsibilities

  • Assist with special property management projects, including furniture moving, unit setup, and general property preparation
  • Conduct routine property inspections during evening hours (5:00 PM – 8:00 PM) to ensure compliance with company standards and local regulations
  • Identify maintenance, safety, and compliance issues, and report findings to management
  • Support overall property operations to maintain clean, safe, and move-in-ready units
  • Coordinate with team members and vendors to complete assigned tasks efficiently.
  • Maintain organization of property assets and equipment circumstances of change, be flexible and able to make quick and appropriate decisions.
  • Execute job responsibilities cooperatively as a fellow team member.
  • Uphold the core values and policies and procedures of the resort.
  • All other duties, as assigned.
