About The Position
Support onsite leasing, resident relations, and day-to-day management operations for a 200-unit apartment community, working directly with the Property Manager to drive occupancy, renewals, and resident satisfaction.
Requirements
- Energized by a busy, fast-paced 200-unit community.
- Comfortable juggling multiple residents, prospects, and tasks at once.
Responsibilities
- Handle high-volume leasing traffic: inquiries, tours, applications, and follow-ups to maintain strong occupancy across 200 units.
- Coordinate resident communication and service requests, ensuring timely resolution and consistent documentation for a large resident base.
- Assist with rent posting, late notices, and renewal tracking for all units, helping the Property Manager manage collections and retention at scale.
- Support marketing and outreach to keep a stable pipeline of qualified prospects (online listings, social media, signage, referrals).
