About The Position
Temp To Full-Time Now hiring Property Maintenance workers for a manufacturing company in Streetsboro. Day Shift: 7am – 3:30pm Night Shift: 5pm – 1:30am Weekly pay at $15 per hour. Property Maintenance workers are responsible for maintaining the cleanliness, organization, and safety of the company's facilities, including the shop, warehouses, and exterior grounds.
Requirements
- Ability to lift up to 50 lbs.
- Ability to stand, walk, bend, and reach for extended periods.
- Applicants must have their own transportation and submit a resume.
Nice To Haves
- Forklift experience is a plus.
Responsibilities
- Ensure bathrooms are fully stocked in the morning.
- Sweep warehouse floors.
- Empty trash throughout the property multiple times a day.
- Clean up any litter (cigarette butts, etc.) around the property.
- Organize skids and crates.
- Empty cardboard bins throughout the shop multiple times a day.
- Perform additional maintenance or housekeeping tasks as assigned.
