This role is responsible for the upkeep, maintenance and general condition of the Ambassador Housing Village property. You’ll ensure that our Ambassador Residents have the best quality residential experience possible by ensuring all amenities are in proper, working order and in good repair.

Requirements

• High school diploma or equivalent
• Valid Driver’s License
• Ability to meet company driving guidelines
• Knowledge of Plumbing, HVAC, Electrical, and Carpentry
• At least five years of maintenance experience

Nice To Haves

• Previous experience as a Hotel Engineer or Chief Engineer preferred

Responsibilities

• Preventative maintenance; cleaning, prepping, and servicing equipment
• Maintenance and repair requests for plumbing, HVAC, Electrical, and Carpentry
• Renovation projects; repairing or replacing equipment or structures
• Maintaining a clean and organized work environment
• Performing inventory on equipment and supplies
• Cooperating with contractors
