We provide a wide range of handyman repairs and preventative maintenance services with a focus on professionalism, quality craftsmanship, and outstanding customer service. We're looking for a dependable, skilled Field Technician who takes pride in their work and enjoys solving problems for homeowners.
Requirements
- 3+ years of residential handyman or construction experience preferred
- Experience with carpentry, drywall, painting, minor plumbing, and basic electrical work
- Ability to work independently while maintaining high-quality workmanship
- Excellent customer service and communication skills
- Valid Texas driver's license with a clean driving record
- Ability to lift 75 pounds and work on ladders
- Must provide your own basic hand tools (specialty equipment provided)

Responsibilities
- Perform residential handyman repairs and maintenance
- Install ceiling fans, light fixtures, faucets, toilets, and hardware
- Install shelving, cabinets, trim, doors, and other finish carpentry
- Patch drywall, texture, caulk, and complete minor painting
- Replace smoke detectors, filters, weather stripping, and other preventative maintenance items
- Pressure wash, clean gutters, perform dryer vent cleanings, and complete exterior maintenance
- Diagnose maintenance issues and recommend solutions
- Maintain a clean, organized work vehicle and job site
- Communicate professionally with homeowners and office staff
- Complete digital work orders with photos before and after each job
