Property Maintenance Tech
About The Position
All Care Services, LLC is hiring full-time Property Maintenance Techs in Merriam, Kansas. The role involves traveling between assigned properties across the metropolitan Kansas City area to help keep them in good condition. Techs inspect properties for cleanliness and safety, perform work to bring them up to company standards, remove debris, safely operate sweeper vehicles, maintain equipment, and proactively address potential hazards. Morning and overnight schedules are available, with a five-days-on, two-days-off rotation and potential overtime. The company manages small and large commercial properties and has maintained parking lots in the Kansas City metro area since 1999.
Requirements
- Availability to work morning, evening, or overnight hours.
- Positive attitude and strong customer service skills.
- Solid work ethic and ability to work independently and as part of a team.
- Valid driver's license, reliable transportation, and a clean driving record.
Nice To Haves
- Experience in management, manual labor, delivery driving, landscaping, or maintenance; experience is helpful but not required.
