You are an experienced, HVAC-certified (Type II, Type III or Universal) Property Maintenance Supervisor with at least five (5) years of regional, multisite or large site (500+ units) property maintenance experience and at least two (2) years of direct management experience who has a passion for delivering the utmost customer service, considering you lead a team that interacts most with our residents! Overall, you’re responsible for maximizing the life and value of physical assets and performing/overseeing all maintenance activities performed by Community Service Technicians in your assigned portfolio of properties. This includes completing service requests in a timely manner by performing repair and maintenance services as needed as well as maintaining curb appeal, and optimizing the life and value of the physical assets in your portfolio.

Requirements

  • At least five (5) years of property maintenance experience, which includes regional, multi-site or large site (500+ units) experience
  • At least two (2) years of direct management experience or participation and completion in a qualifying management program
  • Universal EPA HVAC certified (or the ability to acquire within one [1] year of hire)
  • Knowledge of plumbing, electrical and general repairs
  • Strong customer service and communication skills
  • Possession of - or ability to acquire - commonly used tools, such as channel locks, plumbing tools, electric drill, drywall knives and mud knives
  • Ability to lift up to 50 lbs. and work in indoor/outdoor environments
  • Reliable transportation, valid driver's license and motor vehicle insurance
  • High school diploma or GED equivalent
