A DAY IN THE LIFE OF A PROPERTY MAINTENANCE DIRECTOR As a Property Maintenance Director, you take care of the protection, repair, and overall appearance of our senior living facility and grounds. You complete any maintenance requests from our residents. Whether you're performing carpentry, electrical, or general repair work, you've got a smile on your face. You love keeping busy! Requirements

  • Building maintenance skills, such as HVAC, electrical, plumbing, and remodeling
  • Must be a good problem-solver and a good communicator
  • Must be friendly and enjoy working with others, especially seniors
  • Enjoy working with your hands
  • Self-motivated and able to work independently
  • Able to effectively prioritize multiple tasks
  • Attention to detail exceptional

Responsibilities

  • Take care of the protection, repair, and overall appearance of our senior living facility and grounds.
