About The Position

Legacy House of Bountiful in Bountiful, UT is looking to hire a part-time Property Maintenance Assistant to keep our senior living facility in good repair. This position earns a competitive wage starting at $20/hr, depending on experience. Requirements

Building maintenance skills, such as carpentry and electrical
Self-motivated and able to work independently
Able to effectively prioritize multiple tasks

Responsibilities

Help to take care of the protection, repair, and overall appearance of our senior living facility and grounds.
Under the direction of our Maintenance Director, complete requests from our residents.
Perform carpentry, electrical, or general repair work.
