About The Position
National Mortgage Field Services is looking for a dependable local contractor to complete property inspections throughout the Brookhaven and southwest Mississippi area, including Lincoln County and surrounding communities in Pike and Walthall Counties. A large portion of the available work in this area consists of straightforward exterior insurance property inspections. These typically involve visiting the property, taking exterior photos, and reporting basic property-condition information. This is flexible 1099 field work that you complete on your own schedule. No prior property inspection experience is required. We provide the training you need to get started.
Requirements
- Reliable transportation and a valid driver’s license.
- Smartphone with internet access.
- Dependability and the ability to meet assignment deadlines.
- Ability to pass a background check.
- Basic computer or mobile-app skills.

Responsibilities
- Drive to assigned residential properties in your local area.
- Take exterior photos using your smartphone.

- Most inspections are brief property visits and can often be completed in just a few minutes once you become familiar with the process.
