About The Position
This role involves conducting drive-by occupancy inspections for mortgage field services. Property Inspectors are required by law to document the occupancy and physical condition of mortgaged properties. This involves visiting the property, taking specific photos, and determining if the property is occupied or vacant. The inspector then reports the general condition of the property using a mobile app, rating it as Good, Fair, or Poor, and answering multiple-choice questions about its condition.
Requirements
- Must be able to pass a criminal background check.
- Must have dependable transportation (good gas mileage is a plus).
- Must have a smartphone (Android or iPhone).
- Must have a printer/scanner (or easy access to both).
- Must have a desktop/laptop or tablet to print forms.
Responsibilities
