Requirements

• High school diploma or GED
• 18 years or older
• Ability to communicate professionally, verbally, and in writing, in English
• Good work ethic and a positive, professional attitude
• Physical stamina to lift/carry 100 pounds or more repeatedly throughout the day
• Willing to submit to pre-employment background check and random drug screens

Nice To Haves

• Experience in the construction or real estate field is helpful

Responsibilities

• Work to provide exceptional customer service as you inspect homes or commercial building for potential buyers or sellers
• Greet customers upon arrival and complete a walk-through of the home/business
• Build relationships with Real Estate Agents and Brokers
• Complete inspection reports and collect payment
