This information is crucial for mortgage companies and banks to document the status of their loans. The work is performed by visiting the physical property, taking specific photos using a smartphone, and reporting the findings via a mobile app. The inspector will rate the property's condition as Good, Fair, or Poor and answer multiple-choice questions about its state.

Requirements

• Must be able to pass a criminal background check.
• Must have dependable transportation (good gas mileage is a plus).
• Must have a smartphone (Android or iPhone).
• Must have a printer/scanner (or easy access to both).
• Must have a desktop/laptop or tablet to print forms.
