About The Position
This role involves conducting drive-by occupancy inspections for mortgage companies and banks. The primary responsibility is to determine if a property is occupied or vacant and to document its physical condition. Inspectors will use a mobile app to take photos and report on the property's status, rating it as Good, Fair, or Poor. This is a 1099 contractor position, ideal for individuals with flexible schedules such as Uber drivers, Lyft drivers, or delivery personnel. No resume is required.
Requirements
- Must be able to pass a criminal background check.
- Must have dependable transportation (good gas mileage is a plus).
- Must have a smartphone (Android or iPhone).
- Must have a printer/scanner (or easy access to both).
- Must have a desktop/laptop or tablet to print forms.
Responsibilities

- Take photos of the property using a smartphone.
