About The Position

Already driving around DC for rideshare or delivery? You can add paid property inspections to your day. We have steady inspection work across the District right now and need dependable people to cover it. The job is straightforward: you head to an address, snap a few photos on your phone, note whether the place looks occupied, and fill out a quick checklist in our app. Each stop takes about 10 to 20 minutes, and because the District is compact, addresses sit close together, so you can clear several without much driving between them. Where you'd work: throughout Washington, DC and its neighborhoods. Pick up the orders nearest you. What each visit involves: Check whether a property is occupied or vacant Take photos and note the condition Submit a short report in our mobile app Follow client instructions, including knock attempts when needed

Requirements

• A reliable way to get around the city and a valid license
• A smartphone with internet
• The dependability to meet deadlines and follow directions
• Ability to pass a background check
