About The Position

We are seeking a reliable and detail-oriented Property Inspection Specialist to perform annual property inspections and move-out inspections for residential rental properties. Conduct regular inspections of properties under management to assess their condition and identify any maintenance or repair needs. Document inspection findings accurately and thoroughly, including photographs and detailed notes. Communicate inspection results to relevant stakeholders, including property owners, tenants, and internal management teams. Coordinate with maintenance staff and contractors to address identified issues in a timely manner. Maintain up-to-date records of inspection reports and related documentation. Assist in developing and implementing preventive maintenance plans to minimize future issues. Respond promptly to inquiries and concerns from property owners and tenants regarding property conditions.

Requirements

  • Strong computer skills
  • Strong attention to detail and ability to identify maintenance issues and safety hazards
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
  • Proficiency in using inspection tools and software applications
  • Ability to work independently and prioritize tasks effectively
  • Reliable transportation and a valid driver's license are required

  • Previous experience in property management, real estate, or a related field preferred
