About The Position

The Jr. Associate for Cleaning and Maintenance, will be responsible for maintaining the cleanliness and maintaining of property grounds. The ideal candidate will have experience in housekeeping and public area maintenance, as well as the ability to work independently and as part of a team.

Requirements

Demonstrate good customer service skills
Attention to detail
Complete tasks on time
Perform daily duties with limited supervision
Will be required to lift heavy items to 50 pounds (sometimes upstairs)
Interact with guests in a professional/helpful manner
Must have a valid driver's license to operate the property golf car

Trash removal from interior/exterior
Sweeping of the parking lot
Watering/feeding of the property's flowers
Window washing
Assisting parking lot attendants, maintenance, housekeeping, and restaurant staff
Guest luggage service
Assistance with deliveries
Bag ice and maintain stock in property freezers for retail
Perform other duties as required by management
