About The Position
National Mortgage Field Services is looking for a dependable local contractor to complete property inspections and field-service assignments throughout Steele County, including Owatonna and surrounding communities. Available assignments may include exterior property inspections, occupancy checks, door-hanger tasks, and other straightforward field-service work. The work generally involves visiting assigned properties, taking required photos, documenting basic property or occupancy information, and submitting results through a mobile app. This is flexible 1099 field work that you complete on your own schedule. No prior property inspection experience is required. We provide the training you need to get started.
Requirements
- Reliable transportation and a valid driver’s license.
- Smartphone with internet access.
- Dependability and the ability to meet assignment deadlines.
- Ability to pass a background check.
- Basic computer or mobile-app skills.
