About The Position
National Mortgage Field Services is looking for a dependable local contractor to complete property inspections throughout Paulding County and the Dallas area. This is flexible 1099 field work that you complete on your own schedule. No prior property inspection experience is required. We provide the training you need to get started. Most inspections are brief property visits and can often be completed in just a few minutes once you become familiar with the process.
Requirements
- Reliable transportation and a valid driver’s license.
- Smartphone with internet access.
- Dependability and the ability to meet assignment deadlines.
- Ability to pass a background check.
- Basic computer or mobile-app skills.
Nice To Haves
- No prior property inspection experience is required.
- No resume or previous inspection experience is required.
Responsibilities
- Drive to assigned residential properties in your local area.
- Take exterior photos using your smartphone.
- Determine whether properties appear occupied or vacant.
- Answer simple questions about the condition of the property.
- Submit completed inspections through a mobile app.
