About The Position

Zenith Properties NW is seeking a Residential Rental Property Evaluator to join our Team. If you can provide Personalized Responsive Service to our clients, keep up in a fast-paced environment, are detail oriented and have a background in residential home inspection, property insurance adjusting, and/or property project management, this is the position for you. This job requires regular travel to rental properties throughout Clark County and Cowlitz County within Washington State. Must have own tools necessary to perform any and all repairs (Larger machinery or specialty tools will be provided by Company, within reason)
Experience in the use of maintenance reference materials including Manufacturer's Maintenance Manuals, Structural Repair Manuals, Illustrated Parts Catalogs, Component Manuals, etc.
Experience using electronic maintenance tracking programs
Valid US Driver's License (Required)
Pre-Employment Drug Testing
Background Screen

Nice To Haves

1+ years in Residential Property Maintenance experience
1+ years in Home Inspections experience
1+ years in Property Insurance Adjusting
Background in Residential Home Inspection, Property Insurance Adjusting, or similar Property Inspection

Responsibilities

Efficient & successful completion of high-quality property evaluations at occupied and vacant residential rental properties
Professional Presentation - inward and outward
Accurate documentation of all completed work at properties, per Company specifications & requirements
