About The Position

The Oshkosh Community YMCA is looking for a Property Director to lead the care and maintenance of our 20th Avenue YMCA and Camp Winni-Y-Co properties. This is more than a maintenance role. It's an opportunity to make a lasting impact on the thousands of members, campers, and families who walk through our doors every year. Every day is different! One day you might be troubleshooting equipment, the next you're planning facility improvements, overseeing a construction project, maintaining our ice plant, or helping ensure our camp property is ready for the next adventure.

Requirements

• High School Diploma required
• Valid Wisconsin Driver's License
• Knowledge of building management and facility operations
• Ability to obtain CPR and First Aid certifications within 30 days of hire

Nice To Haves

• Two or more years of management experience preferred

Responsibilities

• Lead and support a maintenance team
• Keep YMCA facilities safe, welcoming, and operating at their best
• Manage budgets and preventive maintenance programs
• Work closely with leaders across the organization
• Make a visible impact on our members' experience every day
• Troubleshoot equipment
• Plan facility improvements
