About The Position

Assists in Eagle Brook Church’s Property & Logistics Team efforts, including site remodels, property development and improvement projects, Capital and Maintenance project tracking, and office moves. Supports and coordinates printing and distribution of print materials. Works with cross functional teams to gather resources and support.

Requirements

  • Follower of Jesus and aligns with Eagle Brook Church’s nine core beliefs
  • High School Diploma
  • 3+ years of administrative experience in a fast-paced, professional environment
  • Expertise with printing tools, including Little Kahuna, cutters, name badge printers, laminators, etc.
  • Proficient in Microsoft Office products, including Excel, Outlook, PowerPoint and Word
  • Strong written and verbal communication skills
  • Strong attention to detail and problem-solving skills
  • Strong time management skills and ability to prioritize work
  • Self-starter and able to anticipate needs
  • Ability to handle sensitive information in a confidential manner

  • Familiar with Basecamp and/or Visio

Responsibilities

  • Provides support to warehouse through receiving and organizing inventory for launches and other Property projects
  • Updates basecamp and project management tools on property development projects
  • Prints all projects organization-wide and collaborates with cross-functional teams, as needed, and manages print collateral alongside of the Creative team
  • Identifies and coordinates various projects that maintain the Property & Logistics Team brand standards and seasonal projects
  • Coordinates and schedules team outings, campus visits, annual Operations Center Cookout, and property team meetings
  • Organizes incoming tickets, tracks progress, closes tickets, and communicates updates to necessary teams
  • Updates office space changes on Visio, supports and coordinates office moves, tracks office furniture inventory
  • Assists with coding and approving invoices for Property & Logistics team
  • Coordinates and prepares necessary documentation for Property & Logistics Team efforts, including campus launches, capital projects, budgets, ongoing projects, presentations, etc.
  • Supports new campus search efforts by researching new sites based on information from Property & Logistics Director and responds to contact us emails
  • Provides general support for campus launches by supporting the inventory process, ordering supplies, coordinating events logistics, and setting up campuses
  • Supports campus cleanouts and other warehouse projects when necessary
  • Orders office and kitchen supplies for the Operations Center
  • Coordinates new hire workspace needs
  • Organizes Property & Logistic overviews for new hires
  • Orders cleaning supplies for Main Office and Operations buildings
  • Other duties as assigned
