About The Position

We are seeking a curious, customer-focused individual eager to grow their insurance career in claims. Claims is a rewarding area of insurance where every day is different, offering opportunities to make a real difference. This role is a 12-month parental leave cover contract. The Property Claims Consultant will manage the entire claim journey, from initial notification to settlement, involving decision-making, problem-solving, and delivering excellent outcomes. The role operates within a broker-intermediated model, requiring the building of strong, trusted relationships with both brokers and customers. Effective communication, confidence, and empathy are key to success in this partnership-focused role.

Requirements

• Experience in the insurance industry

• Claims experience
• Candidates who've built strong insurance knowledge in other insurance-related roles (e.g., underwriting, broking, broker support, customer service)
