Requirements
- A minimum of 2-3 years of successful experience in insurance sales
- Demonstrated ability to drive new business and exceed sales targets.
- Active Property & Casualty License
- Proven track record in sales, business development, or similar role
- Exceptional leadership and strong communication skills to guide clients and internal teams
Responsibilities
- Provide expert client advice by staying current on products and market trends.
- Support policy servicing, including renewals, changes, and claims.
- Maximizing growth and client retention through superior customer service.
- Generating and pursuing new client opportunities.
- Quote, complete applications, and negotiate policy details with carriers.
- Evaluate the insurance and financial requirements of individuals and businesses
