It's also a great opportunity to expand your portfolio if you already have a Life or Health license by adding P&C to your credentials. You must be able to take the state exam in the greater Pensacola area.

Requirements

• You have a background in customer service.
• You aren't looking for a "gig", you want a career pathway with stability and upward mobility.
• You take pride in accuracy, especially when handling important legal documents and applications.
• You can turn complex insurance jargon into clear, helpful advice for customers.
• You can pass a background check and are committed to the full 8-week training schedule.
• All agents are required to have wired internet service installed directly into their home.
• Wireless-only internet services are not allowed (Cellular/mobile hotspots, Fixed wireless internet, Satellite internet providers).
• The Qualfon computer must be plugged directly into your home router or modem using an Ethernet cable.
• Wi-Fi cannot be used at any point between the Qualfon computer and your internet service provider.
• Proof of internet service provider and service required upon hire.

Nice To Haves

• Call center experience is a plus.
• Already have a Life or Health license? This is the perfect way to add P&C to your credentials and increase your market value.

Responsibilities

• Support customers via phone and email with new policy quotes and billing inquiries.
• Process endorsements, cancellations, and coverage updates with precision.
• Navigate underwriting questions and help clients understand their protection.
• Ensure all transactions meet industry regulations and internal quality standards.
