About The Position

We are looking to hire a dedicated and ambitious Property & Casualty Account Manager to join our team. The Property & Casualty Account Manager is responsible for managing an assigned book of business, maintaining strong client relationships, and ensuring clients are properly insured with appropriate coverage and carriers. This role focuses on servicing existing clients while identifying opportunities for account growth.

Requirements

• Nevada General Property & Casualty License required
• High School Diploma or GED
• Proficiency in agency management systems (Applied Epic, PL Rater preferred)
• Proficient in Microsoft Excel
• Strong time management and organizational skills
• Excellent attention to detail and problem-solving abilities
• Ability to work independently and as part of a team

Responsibilities

• Manage and service an existing portfolio of P&C clients
• Understand clients’ insurance needs and recommend suitable coverage options
• Process policy changes, renewals, endorsements, and cancellations
• Maintain accurate client records and documentation
• Address and resolve client questions, concerns, and service issues
• Stay current on insurance products, carrier guidelines, and regulatory changes
• Collaborate with Sales Agents to transition new business smoothly
