About The Position

Copeland Insurance Group is seeking a dedicated and ambitious Property & Casualty Account Manager to manage an assigned book of business, maintain strong client relationships, and ensure clients have appropriate insurance coverage and carriers. The role focuses on servicing existing clients while identifying opportunities for account growth. The position is with Copeland Insurance Group in Waco, Texas. Copeland is an independent agency and a member of the Integrity Family of Companies.

Requirements

• Texas General Property & Casualty License required.
• High school diploma or GED.
• Proficiency in agency management systems.
• Proficient in Microsoft Excel.
• Strong time management and organizational skills.
• Excellent attention to detail and problem-solving abilities.
• Ability to work independently and as part of a team.

Nice To Haves

• Experience with Applied Epic and PL Rater is preferred.

Responsibilities

• Manage and service an existing portfolio of property and casualty clients.
• Understand clients’ insurance needs and recommend suitable coverage options.
• Process policy changes, renewals, endorsements, and cancellations.
• Maintain accurate client records and documentation.
• Address and resolve client questions, concerns, and service issues.
• Stay current on insurance products, carrier guidelines, and regulatory changes.
• Collaborate with Sales Agents to transition new business smoothly.
