Assist the Leasing and Property Manager in maintaining the property database and lease records. Support the Design and Resource Team by coordinating with vendors, maintaining records, and placing orders. Support Project Managers during program site visits and assist in developing work or repair plans. Perform general administrative duties including clerical work, filing, scanning, and database management. Carry out additional duties as assigned by the Program Development department team.
