About The Position

Northrop Grumman Space Sector is seeking a Property Asset Management Analyst – Level 3 to join their team. This is a hybrid position based onsite in Aurora or Englewood, CO, and is not a virtual/telecommuting role. The analyst will be responsible for preparing periodic and special reports on property and material, assisting with annual physical inventory activities (planning, execution, reconciliation, reporting), and frequently interacting with internal and external customers, including government agencies. The role also involves supporting various audits such as Property Management System Analysis (PMSA), Contractor Self-Assessment (CSA) reviews, Mission Assurance/Quality audits AS9100 audits, FIAR, and Corporate internal audits. Additionally, the analyst will maintain property accountability records, determine asset conditions, and arrange for the disposal of surplus/obsolete property. Additional tasks may be assigned to assist other team members as needed.

Requirements

  • Bachelor's degree with 2+ years of relevant experience in property/asset management, logistics, supply chain and/or contracts. Or in lieu of a degree, 6 years of relevant experience in property/asset management, logistics, supply chain and/or contracts.
  • Proficient knowledge with Microsoft Office Suite, including advanced MS Excel skills.
  • Must have a current and active Top-Secret security clearance.
  • U.S. Citizenship is required for all positions with a government clearance and certain other restricted positions.

Nice To Haves

  • Ability to interpret and formulate independent judgment based on federal regulations, FAR 52-245.1 and applicable DFARS clauses.
  • Experience with SAP environments.
  • National Property Management Association (NPMA) Certifications (CPPS, CPPA, or CPPM).
  • Ability to work occasionally irregular hours and travel.
  • Space/Defense Industry experience.

Responsibilities
