About The Position

Lockheed Martin Space is seeking a Property Analyst to provide Asset Management support and compliance of government property for NSS contracts. This role will also offer additional support and coordination with other Space contracts and locations. The responsibilities include evaluation of property records for compliance and accuracy, physical inventory and disposition activities, shipment verifications, DCMA Audit support, GFX attachments, and CDRL. The analyst will maintain and update records in the Property Business Systems (PBS) database, ensuring auditable data fields and supporting documentation are in place, and create property records in accordance with FAR 52.245-1, DFAR 252.245, and/or LM Property Management Procedure requirements. This position will facilitate Asset Management requirements with the Property Custodian (PC) community and conduct property record analysis in accordance with FAR 52.245-1, DFARs, and/or LM Property Management Procedure requirements. Additionally, the role may involve providing guidance and training to company personnel on business system processes, interpretation of laws and regulations, and compliance requirements.

Requirements

  • Must be a United States citizen.
  • Ability to work in Microsoft Office Suite Applications.
  • Effective communication and writing skills.
  • Currently active Top Secret clearance.

Nice To Haves

  • SAP experience.
  • DAU Property Certification and/or NPMA Property Certification, or in the process of obtaining.
  • Experience using and understanding of the GFP Module within PIEE.
  • Familiar with internal systems (ATS, SharePoint, etc.).
  • Experienced working in Microsoft Office Suite Applications (OneNote, Word, Excel, PowerPoint, etc.).
  • 2+ years of related experience.
