About The Position
We are seeking a detail-oriented Junior Property Accountant to join our team. The ideal candidate will have a strong financial background and experience with Property Management Software. As a Jr Property Accountant, you will be responsible for maintaining financial records, reconciling accounts, and preparing financial statements. We ask that you reside within a 1-2 hour drive from Atlanta, Georgia
Requirements
- Proven experience in financial accounting, preferably in property management
- Strong knowledge of Quicken and other accounting software
- Ability to perform detailed financial statement preparation
- Excellent analytical skills for financial report interpretation
- Familiarity with budgeting processes and variance analysis
Nice To Haves
- Experience with general ledger reconciliation for real estate properties
- Proficiency in accounts payable processes within property accounting
- Knowledge of budgeting and forecasting techniques in property management
Responsibilities
